Shipping Policy

- Our pieces are ready to ship immediately after payment has been confirmed. We do our best to ship all orders within the next day of purchase excluding weekends and holidays.

- We offer FREE untracked shipping to CANADA and US and also have the option to upgrade to tracked package for any amount you purchase or automatic Free shipping with tracking for orders $55+ through Canada Post safely. Please note that if you decide to choose FREE SHIPPING, we are not responsible for package loss and post office delays.

Also please be aware that with Free shipping your package will be just a thin box or envelope with no extras. When you choose tracking your package will be in a mailer box with lots of extras and ready to give as a gift with tissue paper, a fabric bag and a card for special occasions.

- Either way your jewelry will be packaged with extra care, wrapped carefully to ensure it arrives safely, however, please note We are not responsible for any damage in transit or lost packages due to providing an incorrect address.

- Delivery estimates: 7-10 business days.
