Exchange and Refunds


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email within 3 business days of delivery in order to arrange for the safe return of the items. If your request is accepted, we will send instructions as to how to proceed.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be sure to include your Name, Address, Order Number, and Reason for Return in your email request.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it is put into processing/production and can not be canceled. If you are hesitant or have any questions, please contact us before placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable cancellation requests and to charge a percentage-based restocking fee on any canceled orders already in processing or production.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns. However, for other items If you are not satisfied with your order please let us know within 3 days of delivery, and we will be happy to accept your return of the item. Please note that tax and shipping are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

*All discounted/sales purchases are final sales including discounted purchases with a coupon code. 

International Shipments - Orders Shipped Outside Of Canada

On all international orders, the customer is responsible for duties and taxes that may apply and must contact the shipping company to pay these fees. We will only charge international shipping fees at checkout. 


The easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


NO REFUNDS - Store Credit only
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you will have the money available to purchase other items.
